Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully. By using this website, you will be acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms & conditions.


The placing of an order through or indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To place an order browse our shop and add products to the shopping cart.


Payment: We only accept Paypal in Pounds Sterling.


To place an order on our Website you need to be aged 18+.


Price: All product prices are quoted in Pounds  Sterling. We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice; this does not affect goods already ordered, processed and awaiting dispatch.


Delivery Charges: We do not charge for delivery in GB.  


Delivery Times: Royal Mail Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days from when your Order is dispatched.  We only Dispatch Orders twice a week.  Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be sent via Paypal.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, from time to time, if an item is not delivered by Royal Mail within 15 days from the date of dispatch then please contact us.


If you request your parcel/package to be left in a designated place, they are left at your own risk.  No responsibility for non-delivery will be accepted if the incorrect delivery address has been provided.


Please ensure shipping details are complete and correct at time of order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address or that get lost in the postal system due to incorrect information supplied by you. All orders are sent via a signed for Service. Please ensure you or an authorised person are available to sign for acceptance of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive delivery of your order. We ship to the Paypal address (if you have moved please ensure your paypal address is updated).  We send Orders by Royal Mail


Cookies: By using Holistically For You Website, you agree that we can place cookies on your device. Cookies are used for different functions including counting visitors, storing shopping basket items, authentication/security


Refunds and Exchanges


In the event of being unhappy with your order upon receipt you must contact Holistically For You within 14 days by email (details on your invoice or use the Contact Us Form) when contacting us please ensure you state the name and address order was sent too, also your Invoice/Order Number and details of why you wish to return the Order.


Under the Consumer Contracts if you have opened, unsealed and/or used the item/s they can no longer be returned for a refund due to health and hygiene reasons.


On Bespoke and Personalised items refunds are not given


Orders must be returned by recorded delivery service we do not refund the cost of returning your order. Once the items have been received if it is in a saleable condition with all seals intact then a refund will be given within 7 business days.


Under Consumer Contacts if you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made this has to be done within 14 days of placing the order. After this no refunds will be given.


Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to advise of such before returning. Goods must be returned within 14 days in their original condition, unused and with all seals intact. Only goods in a saleable condition may be returned. Refund of product cost will be made within 7 days of receiving.


In the event of receiving damaged goods, please contact us immediately by email but no later then 7 working days.  Please include details, photographs of damage and description of damage. It is essential that you do not dispose of any packaging, This allows us to raise such a claim with the carrier company in a timely manner.    Messages to be sent to our facebook page we will then email you, this is to avoid Junk Mail.


Replacement goods will be despatched within 5 working days of receiving the damaged goods. Goods must be returned with our returns code (issued when an email has been sent advising of damaged goods). Goods must be returned within 14 days unused and with all seals intact.


If you have received a free gift with your order then this must be returned with your order in the same condition that it was dispatched to receive a refund of your order


Samples: We do not provide products for promotions, trial or testing in full size or sample size free of charge under any circumstances.
